These terms and conditions contain the rules for a valid order, basic contract conditions for an eventual contract between the Seller (us) and the Buyer (you). Also, these terms and conditions define the responsibility for the company managing the on-line shop, and web page functionality. Only these terms and conditions and exclusively valid, and any other clauses become void, except any changes previously stated as such or changes stated in writing.
The company managing exignis.ro, in certain cases, has the right to change or update the terms and conditions, so we recommend that, before any order or purchase, you read the terms and conditions on our website. Any changes to terms and conditions are valid from their on-site publishing date onward, and cannot be applied to previous orders or contracts. For each order placed on exignis.ro, the terms and conditions are valid as they were on the date of the order placement. In case of a valid order, you accept these terms and conditions in their entirety, without any exceptions. In case of using the exignis.ro website, you wholly agree that you will abide by these terms and conditions, by sending an order and purchasing any item from exignis.ro.
The buyer can place an order for items on exignis.ro, and has complete responsibility for the accuracy of the data the buyer provides. An incorrect email address or phone number most likely means the order would not be fulfilled, as the Seller could not contact the Buyer.
Purchasing items
You can purchase items from exignis.ro by following the steps below:
a. Select the item and use the “Add to cart” button.
b. Enter the necessary data.
c. Select delivery and other options.
d. Payment options: cash on delivery, or bank transfer (available soon).
All these informations and data are necessary for us to correctly and efficiently process your order.
Some of our items are not available immediately, or could need further information. For such items, please contact us.
After placing an order on exignis.ro, you shall receive an automated e-mail on the e-mail address you provided. This message is not an offer, as it represents the successful order confirmation and the fact that we got your order. Based on this, we shall further contact you by means you provided, as phone or e-mail.
You, as the Buyer, agree that by placing an order on exignis.ro and after we confirm your order, we enter the equivalent of a verbal contract to buy, sell and deliver the items you purchased. In case any of the items are not in stock, we shall contact you and provide a date when we would be able to deliver the item(s). Please confirm if you agree with that date for delivery, or if you do not agree with it, you have the option to cancel your order for such item(s).
Item prices
All item prices are in LEI or EUR, and do not include VAT. The offers and items as presented on exignis.ro are only available based on current stock. The prices on exignis.ro could be changed or updated without previous notice.
Payment
Payment would be made fully in LEI, at the order delivery. The items’ price is the one valid on the order confirmation date. For orders delivered by couriers, payment will be made to the courier’s delivery representative. For cash payment, there is no extra fee.
Order delivery
For items that have immediate availability, we will prepare and send your order in maximum 3 days. case any of the items are not in stock, we shall contact you and provide a date when we would be able to deliver the item(s). We use courier services to send you the order. For these services, there will be a fee added to the order sub-total, based on the delivery location.
Order return conditions
Items purchased by online order can be returned accordingly to O.G. 130/2000.
Romanian law states that: “The consumer has the right to notice the seller in writing about renouncing a purchase, without any penalties and without needing to provide a reason to do so, for 10 days after receiving the product.” (Ordonanta Guvernului nr. 130/2000)

According to current legislation, renouncing a purchase is only applicable to individual clients, not company clients. Thus, the consumer has the right to notice the seller in writing about renouncing a purchase (at info@exignis.ro), without any penalties and without needing to provide a reason to do so, for 10 days after receiving the product. The returned product must be in the same condition as it was delivered (original packaging, with all accessories, intact labels and all accompanying documents). The return fees will be tasked to the client, and the product value reimbursement shall be made in a maximum of 2 days from returning it. If the product is returned in a state that it could no longer be sold again as a new product, we reserve the right to request a fee to bring the product to its original state, as new (if possible), or if the buyer prefers, we shall send the product back again, and the buyer agrees to pay the delivery fees.
You cannot return items that were delivered on special order. A special order is defined as a list of products ordered by the Buyer that were not in the Seller’s usual stock; such items could be delivered only following a firm order and an advance payment, under terms agreed upon by both parties. The Seller must inform the Buyer if any of the products ordered are a special order. This is applied accordingly to O.G. 130/2000, for the purchase of items from this website using means of online communication, as defined in O.G. 130/2000 art. 2 lit.e.
In case of a product that is not conforming to its website specifications, such product can be returned without any supplementary fees form the buyer, after sending a written notice (to info@exignis.ro), specifying the lack of conformity for that product, in a term no longer than 48 hours from the product delivery. The client can request a replacement for the product, or a reimbursement of its value.

Products purchased through exignis.ro website have a warranty as specified for each item. Thus, each product shall be accompanied by a warranty statement from the producer.
Special order
A special order is defined as a list of products ordered by the Buyer that were not in the Seller’s usual stock; such items could be delivered only following a firm order and an advance payment, under terms agreed upon by both parties. The Seller must inform the Buyer if any of the products ordered are a special order. This is applied accordingly to O.G. 130/2000, for the purchase of items from this website using means of online communication, as defined in O.G. 130/2000 art. 2 lit.e.

All information and technical details presented on exignis.ro, and our product images, are real. We do not take responsibility for any grammar or image errors that might appear. To provide you with updated information, we sometimes update the website content, adding or updating product descriptions, images, prices etc. The prices could be updated based on orders and the supply conditions. The exignis.ro website is not to be held accountable for any losses caused by your internet connection, in using or viewing the website content, and also declines responsibility for any disadvantages that might occur following software errors or any server malfunctions.
Privacy policy
The exignis.ro website does not send its users’ personal data to third parties, and only uses this data to establish contact with its users, and to inform its users about the website functionalities and offers. The company will keep and use personal data only to inform its users about their account and order status, and to evaluate the products and services offered, with your agreement.
